In May 2009, the Shanghai Scientific and Technical Information Institute, a renowned national authority, conducted a novelty search and determined that our technology had reached an “internationally advanced level.” Netorus is the only software enterprise in China to have successfully transformed high-tech research into practical applications, garnering approval from three major national ministries and serving as a national demonstration project.
